CHESCO Services’ Day Program provides structured, engaging, and person-centered activities designed to help individuals with disabilities develop life skills, social connections, and greater independence — all within a safe, supportive environment.

Our Day Program is designed to support adults with disabilities by offering meaningful daily activities that promote personal growth, independence, and community participation.

Through a combination of skill-building, recreational activities, and community engagement, participants are encouraged to explore interests, build confidence, and develop abilities that support long-term independence and quality of life.

Programs are tailored to individual needs and goals, ensuring that each person receives the right level of support while being challenged to grow at their own pace.

Life Skills Development

Participants work on essential daily living skills such as communication, decision-making, self-care, time management, and personal responsibility.

Social & Recreational Activities

Group activities promote social interaction, teamwork, and relationship-building in a positive, encouraging environment.

Community Integration

The Day Program includes supervised outings and community involvement to help participants build confidence outside of traditional settings.

Employment Services

CHESCO Services’ Employment Services provide intensive, ongoing support for individuals with disabilities who require assistance to succeed in a regular work environment.

These services are designed for participants who may not be able to maintain competitive employment at or above minimum wage without structured supports. Our team works closely with each individual to identify strengths, develop job skills, and provide the supervision and training necessary to sustain meaningful paid employment.

Employment Services may include job development and placement assistance, on-the-job training, and continuous support to ensure long-term success. Services are delivered in a variety of real-world settings — primarily community work sites where individuals without disabilities are also employed — promoting inclusion, confidence, and workplace integration.

Each employment arrangement is tailored to the participant’s abilities, goals, and level of support needed, with the ultimate goal of fostering independence, productivity, and community inclusion.
