CHESCO Services was created through state legislation and county ordinance and is responsible for planning, coordinating, advocating, and delivering services to people with disabilities, as well as their families. CHESCO Services serves people in Chesterfield, Marlboro, Kershaw, Richland, and Lancaster counties.
